CC, enjoy the theatre - what a nice way to spend the afternoon.
Off to work for the day and today is my Friday as I took a vacation day tomorrow - yippee! I found out yesterday that there is a small farmer's market every Wednesday at City Hall - how I didn't know this before is beyond me as it's right in Celebration Square (aka. our front yard ffs!). Got some beautiful local tomatoes, cherries, green onions and cucumbers. Not sure what else I'll get up to today but have to make a coffee store run at lunch to stock up - gawd forbid I run out of my Starbucks!

B - GNC Total Lean (mint chocolate b-day cake and OMG, I don't like it - 2 sips and I threw it out. Replaced with their Swiss Chocolate and it's DELISH, very impressed.)
S - Source Greek (cherry), a few grapes and cherries
L - 1/2 BBQ burger all the fixings no bun leftover from last night
S - ham/cheese/pickle roll-ups (2), deli mustard for dipping
D - I notice that Andrew has taken some of the (omg delish) homemade lasagna out of the freezer, guess he's in a pasta mood lol, so I'll have a small piece of that (mostly the guts)
S - likely just coffee with cream

Enjoy your play CC. Work today then off to Costco tonight. I need somethings for camping. Plus I need to make some squares for a Memorial this weekend so will pick up the brownie mix. My dog walker who will have the dog next week loves these as well so I will make him some as well. He fasts during the day at the moment and loves to have sweets to break his fast.
I am trying the new Toppers by Ocean spray. Had some coupons. They are not bad. I need a few things in the cupboard I can just grab when groceries get low.
Not sure what dinner is. I will add it later.

Good morning everyone. Had the best sleep ever (sorry CC and Zizz) woke up at 8 had some BF went right back to bed till 11am. If only i could sleep like that everyday. No plans today, cleaned the house yesterday, was really dirty after some visitors, maybe finish off some laundry.

B - 1/2 cup oatmeal with protein powder, 1 tbs pb
L - 2oz broiled mackerel, salad
S - turkey cheese roll up x1, plum
D - 3oz ham, 1/3 cup black beans with curry, made these last night and they were delish.
S - peppermint tea, maybe some fish
Totals: 676 cals, 41 carbs, 26 fats, 71 protein (totals without evening snack, will definitely have something)
