Morning all,
Very tired this morning, the storm was wild and woke me. Jasper was beyond scared and it took me a hour to calm him down and stop him from barking. Poor guy! He is as close to me as he can get right now. Thankful it is my Friday...

B 1 c greek yogurt w/ fresh local strawberries, protein coffee
S more coffee...1 oz lf cheese
L 1/2 c ff cottage cheese, w/ 1/4 c chickpeas, 1 tbs sunflower seeds
D 1 c sweet kale salad, 3 oz chicken breast, couple bite mashed potato

Hi guys! Not too much happening around here. Work, then going to counseling this evening. Had a 1lb loss this week so have been trying to keep active and stick to the plan. Went swimming yesterday and am up to 22 lengths of the pool (olympic size). This weekend was also rather active, took the puppy to the park and ran around with her quite a bit on both Sat & Sun, and on Sat I also messed around on the basketball courts with my fiancee for an hour or so, shooting hoops and running after the wildly-aimed ball when it rolled away. I am hoping to sign up for rec women's basketball in the fall.

May add a cube of cheese and a couple almonds before counseling if I am hungry (probably wont). Without that snack, totals are: 592 Cals - 36 carbs - 68 protein
I bought several cute summer dresses at fairweather...
I have been out of town so not as diligent on my food diary! Friday is my weigh day so let's see if this new 1200 calorie max a day is going to have an impact on the scale...

Afternoon all. So tired today because of last nights up and down. That plus i ate a bit too much cake. Pouch reminded me who the boss was and was sick and threw up a bit. New day, back to being a "good girl" Other than that i'm good and just have a few errands to run today.
B - 2 scrambled eggs with cheese
L - 2oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup cucumbers
S - 1oz mozzarella, 1/4 cup mango, have to eat this, bought it almost 2 wks ago and it's starting to go mushy
D - 3oz mackerel, 1/3 cup butternut squash
S - cappuccino, 2oz pork chop
Totals: 782 cal, 32 carbs, 37 fats, 80 protein

Had a great time north but glad to be home and alone! Eating was not the best but back on the horse today
B - 1/2 hamburg patty
3 slices of Blue Menu ham
L - 1/2 pure protein bar
D - 6 oz halibut
4 brussel srpouts - yes I only bought 4 - cant cook them when my DH is home as he hates them
1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce with the fish
S - Source dessert yogurt - key lime - with a bit of fibre one and cool whip
