Thanks CC. Sure makes a difference being 233 lb less. I love colour and all my socks are funky colours. Should make a blog just about socks.

Thanks Zizz. We had a blast and all the little graduates were very happy to be going to high school. Posted some pics from the occasion. It's gonna be hard now putting the camera down. Just need to work on my smile more since i used to never liked looking at myself, can't stop now, lol.

I am the same way, not afraid of the camera any more. Still find it hard to believe how different I look now.  And I actually care how I dress rather than just putting on stuff to cover up and conceal.  Yesterday I wore a dress for the first time in nearly 10 years!

I am going to try planning meals the night before, see if that works for me.  Also, I am going to plan snacks, not just eat leftovers from meals.  If I don't have leftovers, I do get hungry sometimes between meals, and I need a plan.  I can always delete from myfitnesspal if I don't eat everything.  So here goes.

B- 2 mini crustless quiche

S- source greek strawberry

L- 2 turkey bites, couple sugar free pickles, few veggies with lemon poppy seed dressing.

S- Syntrax fuzzy naval shake

D- 2oz leftover roast beef, 1/3 cup baked cauliflower, tablespoon gravy

S- 1 melba toast, 1 laughing cow wedge, french onion

Myfitnesspal totals, calories 515, Carbs 21, Fat 15, protein 69.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning everyone. Had a busy weekend and way too much to eat (shows on the scale). Had the most amazing ribs and corn yesterday at an event by Junction Brewery. A Mexican restaurant provided the food and it was amazing. I am told by the others the beer was great as well. I was DD so water it was.

Busy week getting ready for a camping week next week. Finalized the menu with my kids last night and need to do some shopping and cooking ahead of time.

My menu today is very boring.

b greek yogurt, granola, strawberries

l chili, yogurt

s smoked chick peas

d chili, salad

s crackers and cheese

cal 827, carb 92 (chili has carbs due to the beans), prot 77
