What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
LOL Zizz, always looking out for good recipes. I hear you though, it gets tedious eating the same foods over and over again and i, like you always look to make new recipes. I usually buy Korean short ribs which are thinner and i marinade them in grated ginger, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, onions and sometimes steak rub, then grill. I'm not a fan of saucy marinades so i usually don't use them. Last night though, the ribs were cut a bit thicker so, i braised them in the same spices over a few hrs and a tbsp of powdered gravy and they were yum.
Hope everyone had/having a great weekend!
I had a little roast beef for the first time today, OMG, it was so good. I also tried a recipe for baked cauliflower, Yum! I didn't even miss the mashed potatoes.
B- source greek strawberry
L- syntrax cappucino latte shake
D- Roast beef, 2oz, little gravy, about 1/3 cup of baked cauliflower. (I had measured out the half cup serving, but couldn't eat it all)
S- few veggies with lemon poppyseed dressing, and a french onion laughing cow wedge.

It is so strange to see how much food my husband and my son eat at meal time. I look at them and think OMG, I used to eat that much food too! Now I know why they said at orientation your stomach can be the size of a football, and I used to eat till I was full, and even enjoyed that stuffed feeling. My how things have changed. I still really enjoy eating, lots of new things I never ate before, but smaller portions of several different "tasty" things is so enjoyable to me now. I love my new "baby tummy"
