Happy father's day everyone!  Hopefully no OH glitches like yesterday where somehow my edit got posted over top of TBeau's post.  Its the ghost in the machine!  Supposed to rain today so probably not doing much outside.  Still need to sand those counter tops, holy geez I have been lazy with that one. lol  Supposed to meet up at the dog park with some friends this afternoon if the weather holds up.  Baton Rouge for dinner, going to get ribs and veg of some kind.  I will eat mindfully to avoid getting sick like last weekend.  I will have leftovers but that is ok, I will add the rib bones to my soup bin, which is nearly ready to make my next batch of broth.

b -  chocolate isoflex protein shake (thick and lumpy, will not be buying this again)

s - 3 pumpkin nut sqaures. btw, I now divide the bars into 18 per batch, which works out per square to: 62 calories, 2g net carbs, 3g protein.  So not tons of protein, so I am going to play around with increasing the amount of protein powder I add to make them healthier.  Next batch will be even better.

l - eggwhite psyllium wrap with pb and nsa jam

s - 3 pumpkin squares

d -  ribs and veg at Baton Rouge

s -  another eggwhite wrap

all water and vits, extra iron as nut indicated

Have a nice day!

Good morning zizzler. Busy day yesterday. Did my last shift at the main accredidation site for Panam. Nothing now for two weeks when I will on site at Varsity stadium.

Today, freeze strawberries, do laundry, take dog for long walk. Thi afternoon my son is taking his dad to a beer and ribs event at a small local brewery the Junction Brewery. I bought a childs ticket because I did not want beer. If the plate of ribs is smaller that is fine as well. Back to my sons for a late dinner then home. Can't image I will want to eat anything but will see

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

s celery, peanut butter

l ribs not sure what come with it

d pulled pork

Have a good day everyone

Good morning everyone.  DH and I went out to a pool party yesterday and I spent the entire time in the pool playing with 6 little kids under 10 yrs old.  Then later DH and I went out to see live music at our city hall (excellent) and I wanted to stay but DH fell asleep in his chair at midnight, lol.

Today it's gardening, visiting for Fathers Day, household drudgery and a quiet night at home.

Pool party sounds fantastic, amazing to have the energy to do stuff now eh? That reminds me I need to buy a bathing suit soon, what type did you get and where? I hate bathing suit shopping with a passion....

I started out with a tankini with skirted bottom ( not practical for exercise) now I wear a board short with tankini top. It covers up the dreaded thigh wrinkles. For the beach I would go back to the skirted bottom, for the cute factor.

Any idea where I can buy board shorts?  What length did you get?  I googled it and they can be everything from short-shorts to capris in length.  I also have the thigh wrinkles but would feel ok with one a few inches above the knee or longer.  I also will need one with a built in bra of sorts that really keeps everything in, if you know what I mean.  Sometimes it feels like I have more side boob than actual boob, and they must be contained or chaos ensues!

Happy Fathers day all. It was supposed to rain today so i did all my errands yesterday. Now it's nice outside and i think i'll enjoy a nice walk later, maybe the rain will miss us altogether. I've had a few indulgences last couple of days, time to nip it in the bud and get back on track.
