Morning all :)

Barb, I want your afternoon snack and I want to ingest it while sitting on the deck by the lake. ;) Enjoy your weekend up north.

Dragging my butt this morning - got up at 5 and am just now starting to feel "awake". Someone had a very snore-filled night, which means mine was not sleep-filled. :/ Off to work in a bit, have a couple of errands to run after, will likely be an earlier night for me!

9 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day and a Nestea Zero (bought them, should drink them despite the yucky "fake" aftertaste)

B - GNC Lean Protein shake (strawberry - DELICIOUS!)

S - Source Greek (apple pie flavour, very nice), a few grapes

L - ham/cheese/pickle roll-ups dipped in deli mustard (2), muffin-tin crustless quiche (likely 1/2)

S - other 1/2 of the muffin-tin crustless quiche, a few cucumber slices

D - I want to go out and specifically I want to go for Greek - chicken souvlaki, tzatziki, Greek salad

S - depends if I go out for dinner or not lol

Have a fabulous Friday!

K. :)

What would we do without roll ups eh?  They are my go to food when hunger hits me and I would rather reach for something carby...but go for the roll ups instead.

I love your whole menu today - other then the strawberry GNC....will try the banana but so far I only liked the vanilla.  I am not sick of premier after all of these years

The taste of greek food is my fav so enjoy your dinner and YES....I am looking forward to my snack!

I only like part of your snack.  LOL  You can keep the cheese and crackers but I'll take the merlot :)

Hi Karen,  I went and did some grocery shopping this morning.  It was actually the first time in a long time.  I usually send my husband with a list, since I have not been well.  I got the ingredients I needed and made your recipes for Parmesan Chips and Fresco Salsa.  They are sooo good!  Definitely one of my new favorite things.  Thanks for the inspiration.
