fat vs muscles
I have seen people post that they work out but they do not lose weight. You might find this article interesting. I find just because I exercise does not give me license to eat more.
So unless you are training for an ironman, regular exercise is not a license to over eat.
You know what they say - "You can't outrun a bad diet". I am a firm believer that what you choose to put in your mouth is far more important (and weight loss inducing) than exercise. Especially those who think they can "eat back" calories burned. Nope.
