Kingston AquaFit Buddy

I figure this is a longshot, but I was wondering if anyone here in Kingston did either the City of Kingston or YMCA AquaFit classes. I've tried both and they've been a lot of fun, but I worry if I go alone I'll eventually give up. Does anyone here also do them so I can have a buddy there? It's nice to be accountable to someone.

If I lived near you, I would go with you. But I have been going to Aquafit near me for a while and you soon make friends. You would be very welcome to post on What are you eating / doing today. It's a fun way to be accountable.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
