What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Hope everyone had a great day! Want to get back on track posting meal plans. Have been dealing with ongoing heart issues daily that have left me with no energy. The good thing is, after spending 4 hours at the cardiac clinic this morning, I finally got a date next month for a cardiac ablation. I have been waiting a year. I had to beg and fight with the cardiophysioligist to get it done, he wanted me to wait 3 more months and then talk about it. I was done with waiting! I am really hoping to get some relief and get off the heart medication I have to take. Keeping my fingers crossed.
B- missed it,
L- half cup chili, raw veggies with tzaziki for dip
D- Mini meat loaf, 1/4 cup aylmer accents to moisten. Few sugar free bread and butter pickles
S- Syntrax Cappucino protein shake, first time trying, was good, but still like fuzzy naval better. Source greek strawberry.
Myfitnesspaltotals: Calories 482, Carbs 37, Fat 8, Protein 62.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Friends - I really like reading everyone posts on what they eat! give's me some new idea's - who said that 44 months post op I cant learn some new things!
So its going to be a tough few days because I'm traveling for work! so its on the road food!
B - tim hortons egg and bacon breakfast wrap
S - steel cut oatmeal pack
L - Half a turkey wrap on wheat
S - the other quarter turkey wrap and cup of raw veggie
D - .13g shaved turkey breast
S - nature valley protein bar
F - 20 min HIIT sprinting on treadmill 10 mins circuit 296 calorie burn :(
Total calories 1140!! (goal is 1200 so I was almost over) only 71g protein so overall a day that was way to heavy on the carb and not enough on the protein - no wonder I was hungry!
