Regrowth!

Mind the awful pic.. no makeup and all, but I got out of the shower, dried my hair (blow dryer, upside down to fluff it up and make it look like I still have a full head!) and noticed many small hairs at the top. Definitely regrowth coming in - woot! I'm 6 months out and started losing it WAY early (within a few weeks). I'd say I've lost over 50% of my hair at this point, but I'm lucky enough to be blessed with a LOT.

I'm the same way but three years post op. The hair loss comes and goes. Most noticeable when blow dried or super humid out.  While my ponytail or clips are noticeably thinner, when worn down its not too bad as I too have a lot of hair. In fact, I've saved money from not going to the hair dresser to get it thinned out as I did pre-op.

I have my face tilted downward so I'm getting very loose skin under there, lol. I've always had smooth (fat!) face and now that I'm losing weight I'm seeing more lines/wrinkles. Hell, I never knew I had dimples before. I've never been thin in my adult life, even growing up I was a bit "chunky". My best NSV so far is seeing collar bones, an absolute first for me.

Secret: I still love my collarbones and am a little shocked to see or feel them.  You'd think I'd be over myself by now, but nope. LOL

Mine are just small bumps where collar bones should be, but I'm a work in progress. I can see myself throwing my hair up - OFTEN - once they're jutting out. Even now I find myself squeezing my shoulders in so they're more pronounced. LOL, I don't think I'll get over myself either.

Glad to know I'm in good company.  I keep feeling my ribs from my armpits down to my waist.  Anyone who is standing next to me at the time is forced to feel my ribs as well...it never gets tired - not for me anyway, I'm sure it does for everyone around me tho

Ditto on the porcelain skin, like a china doll.
