Good morning everyone.  We are still have issues with our internet connections so I am a little late posting again.  Had a good day yesterday and got a lot accomplished around the house, still more to do though.

Today it's more laundry, paperwork, and general cleanup.  I have already done my exercise and went grocery shopping.

Welcome to the "what are you eating" thread :)

Question re. your carb count (you list it at 18g) - with a wrap, salad, and Simply bar, I don't think it's possible for it to be that low.

Question re. your calorie count - are you deducting your exercise ("burned calories")?

Correction! sorry it was 18% carbs not 18g (61.72 grams of carbs in total), 44% protein and 38% fat.

I am not deducting my fitness from my calories - I was told that was my "problem" and the reason I didn't loose weight in the last week. I was eating 1500 calories in food and then doing 500-900 calories in fitness a day and thought that would be enough of a deficit. I recognize that is not the case.

So my new goal is calorie intake of no more than 1200 (which I'm under right now but considering having some cherries or an orange). And fitness burn of 500-900 a day depending on if its cardio cross fit or just cardio resistance day.

Aha! Well that explains it then. :)

Your new plan sounds very reasonable to me. I actually read your earlier post on the other board and was going to give you the link to the Ontario forum... but you beat me to it! What I have learned (one of the many lessons I've "endured" lol) is that we can't eat back exercise, ever. It doesn't work for those of us with franken-guts.

You're not going to lose weight every day or every week, sometimes despite your best effort. Just hang in there - consistency wins.

K. :)

Posting late, had a long busy day at work, just relaxing and chilling now, probably early to bed tonight.  Found some cute tops, and, - gasp - a summer dress a vv boutique.  I got the following items for 60 bucks total: 1 summer dress (can't believe I might have the nerve to wear a dress, wow!), 1 designer jean shorts, 1 super soft t-shirt, 2 short-sleeved blouses, 2 sleeveless summer tops, 1 dressy top.  I am wearing medium tops and size 9/10 bottoms, it is really crazy. My feet are also smaller, I no longer need wide width in most shoes, and have gone down a shoe size too. Most of the sleeveless tops and shorts I bought 1 month ago are too loose now, geez louise.  I never even got to wear some of them with the cold weather we have been having. I am down to a 38c in bras now too, that is down from a 44ddd at my largest. Probably why my tops are no longer fitting, the incredible shrinking boobies!

10 months post op today everyone ! :0)

b - vanilla gnc lean protein shake (I am so going to buy the banana one next, omg that sounds good), later...xl decaf coffee

s - 2 simply protein bars over the morning

l - 1 all beef weiner with condiments, no bun, raw veggies with dip..a few potato chips, later...can of diet coke (I know, but it did happen)

s - watermelon slices, handful of all natural almonds, later...g2 fruit punch Gatorade.  How can this have 12 carbs but only be 50 calories? I do not understand.  any ideas?

d - 1/3 of a entrée size Wendy's strawberry fields salad with chicken and bacon, this was very good, the dressing is a little high in sugar but not to bad.  I love the blue cheese!

s -  1/3 of same salad, I left the dressing on the side so it would not get soggy.  later...sf grape koolaid

all water and vits

hope everyone had a nice day!
