Good Morning Everyone! Hope you are all doing fantastic and pumped for another week ahead with some good eats and special treats for yourselves! I have been busy busy busy so have not managed to post food(you have not missed much) for a few days but certainly have been reading up for ideas from you all(might not see it till 11 at night but still read it, lol). Anyways, on to tackle the day! Have a great one everyone!
B- poached egg with a strip of bacon
S- Greek apple pie yogurt
L- chicken with bell peppers
S- protein shake (discovered the GNC ones and love them, strawberry and the banana...yummy to me)
D- turkey lettuce wrap tacos
S- if needed a few almonds

Off to work for the day, running a couple of errands after, home for the evening, not much else!

S - muffin-tin crustless quiche
D - 1/2 Sikorski sausage, small corn on the cob, a few cucumber slices

Enjoy your golf Barb. It actually suppose to not rain for a change. Went to see the Spy movie. Really enjoyed it . Very funny and well done. Work today with swimming at lunch. Home to do nothing tonight
