Good morning everyone.  This is a quick post to say I am off to spend the day hiking.  I have packed turkey rollups, cheese, fruit, granola and lots of water and a thermos of decaf.  Have a great day everyone.

CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

RNY  6 Years 2 Months Post Op

Morning

Today is my favorite day of the year that I spend with my friends.  Golf Tournament with dinner and party to follow.  Lots of laughing and cussing and fabrications

STEPS - 6789

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

   Premier protein shake

 

S - 5 oz maple salmon leftovers

 

L - ham and cheese roll up

 

S - chips and beer

 

D - 5 oz chicken

     bites of veggies

     glass of chardonnay

     hot roll with pat of butter

    bite of whatever the dessert is

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,879,  Carbs - 122 Grams,  Fat - 65 Grams,  Protein - 144 grams

 

All water and vits

Busy day today, but all fun stuff.  The gym for my workout and then a yoga class, then the farmers market for some local strawberries and meat, then a bday party this afternoon.  Seems like there is a bday party or other party every weekend for the next while, I guess it is that time of the year eh?  I will find a protein and lc veggie dish at the restaurant, might have a tiny piece of the cake with lots of decaf coffee afterwards.

b - premier protein shake

s - sf minute maid lemonade while working out, later...decaf coffee, simply protein bar on the go

l - strawberries to make sure they are good, and they will be.  stir fry.

s - leftover stir fry - tofu and lc veggies

d - probably salad and chicken or beef of some kind, later...tiny piece cake, decaf coffee

s - leftovers from dinner or leftover stir fry, depends on my mood

all water and vits

Sounds like everyone has some fun planned! The most fun I am going to have today it picking out new eye glasses!

Then off to work for the afternoon.

Morning all. Sounds like everyone has an exciting day planned. Have fun on your hike CC. Enjoy your friends Barb, Pat have a nice day volunteering, Ziiz hope the party is good and have a nice day at work Tanya. As for me, nothing going at all today, nada. I feel like myself too so, that's good. 

19 months post op

B - omelette with green onion, sausage and cheese, 1/4 cup berries

L - 1/3 cup lentils, 1/3 cup mackerel

S - 1.5oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup mango

D - scotch egg(homemade), 1/3 cup cucumbers, few fries

S - peppermint tea, left over scotch egg

Totals: 889 calories, 40 carbs 39 fat, 92 protein
