Good morning everyone. This is a quick post to say I am off to spend the day hiking. I have packed turkey rollups, cheese, fruit, granola and lots of water and a thermos of decaf. Have a great day everyone.

Today is my favorite day of the year that I spend with my friends. Golf Tournament with dinner and party to follow. Lots of laughing and cussing and fabrications

Busy day today, but all fun stuff. The gym for my workout and then a yoga class, then the farmers market for some local strawberries and meat, then a bday party this afternoon. Seems like there is a bday party or other party every weekend for the next while, I guess it is that time of the year eh? I will find a protein and lc veggie dish at the restaurant, might have a tiny piece of the cake with lots of decaf coffee afterwards.
b - premier protein shake
s - sf minute maid lemonade while working out, later...decaf coffee, simply protein bar on the go
l - strawberries to make sure they are good, and they will be. stir fry.
s - leftover stir fry - tofu and lc veggies
d - probably salad and chicken or beef of some kind, later...tiny piece cake, decaf coffee
s - leftovers from dinner or leftover stir fry, depends on my mood
