Isn't there an old Weigh****chers recipe that incorporates cottage cheese and jello/gelatin? Like, really old... back in the day when I was 10 years old and had my cherry-popping first go around with a diet program. (So glad it worked. LOL)

Anyway, I remember this recipe and we must have used either green jello or green food colouring because it was very green (like, fake green, not "omg my mom hid spinach in dessert" green) and thinking about it further, it couldn't have been jello powder because they didn't have sugar free back in the "old days".

I'll have to give my mom a call and see if she still has that old WW booklet they gave me - I remember thinking that the green concoction was heaven. lol

That sounds yummy Karen, if you find the recipe please post it.  I just plop a sf juicy grk cup into some cottage cheese.  Do the same with plain greek yogurt.  I started dieting early too, used to eat nothing but saltines and fruit juice for a long time. Boy, did I not have a clue eh? Oh well, live and learn.

I know. And I'm not gonna lie, they are dee-lish-usssss. I'm a sucker for the white stuff. Thankfully, these little babies only come out once per year (at Halloween - they're coloured like candy corn, and rather largish and slightly orange flavoured in the shells) (sorry) and only in the States AND the only place that carries them here is the bizarre Home Hardware at Cloverdale Mall (they get the weirdest and most wonderful stuff in that store for some unknown reason) and only waaaay after Halloween. lol
