Obviously I'm still a work very much in progress, but one of the things I liked most while pre-op was looking at the progress of others. Some days I feel like I haven't lost enough, others I feel fantastic.. it's all relative though. I still have a long way to go regardless, but here it is - my progress thus far.

Referral - Feb 25th, 2014. Info Session - April 7th
Surgeon#1 - May 15th Dr. Glazer - July 23rd, Dietitian/Social Worker/RN - Aug 1st, Surgeon #2 - Sept 10th, Surgery - Dec 16th, 2014!

Im Pre-op and do find these pictures encouraging. It provides realistic expectations (ie, I'm not going to reach goal in a month... Not that I ever thought that).
