Good morning everyone.

Today its swimming, errands, coffee with a friend, paperwork, and maybe a movie tonight.

10 months post op

B. Large decaf and a protein coffee

S. Skinny latte

L. Sauteed kale and brussel sprouts with chicken

S. Large decaf

D. Chicken with ricotta, marinara, and a 1/4 cup pasta

S. frozen yogurt.

Good morning C.C. Did not make it to swimming yesterday. Just did not feel up to it. No exercise today either. Maybe a walk later. Off to work shortly

Good day everyone.  Cc will you be coming to Ottawa at all? Just work and dinner with family afterward. I will take my lunch and go for a walk today, it's important dammit! For some reason the past 2 days my belly looks bigger for some reason?  Could I be bloated?  What would cause that to happen?  Maybe the p28 bread?

9 months post op

b - chocolate gnc lean protein shake, xl decaf coffee

s - 1 slice p28 bread with margarine and nsa jam

l - leftover veggie and tofu stir fry

s - another slice p28, later...xl decaf

d - meat and veg of some kind

s - sf grape koolaid

all water and vits

I am coming to Ottawa Zizzler.  I will message you when I know the details.  Not sure why your belly is bigger, but I know I get big-belly days too.

Yay to visiting Ottawa.  Boo to belly bloat!  It is weird, no pain and I do no appear bloated anywhere else, have not gained weight.  But it looks like I am 5 months pregnant.  Maybe retaining water?  Or maybe it just looks bigger because my boobs have shrunk?

It might just be the body readjusting to rapid weight loss.

Morning all.

Today I have an appt at GRH for my EMG to figure out why i have the numbness in my thumb. I think i'll walk as i'm only 15 mins away. That plus the construction and parking costs. Unthinkable that just 19 months ago and 230+ lb, i'd have never walked even across the street to Tims.

Its weird lately that i feel too boney. I look into the mirror and my rib bones in my chest stick out so much. Mind you, i'm at 170lb and no where near too skinny but, it feels weird looking at my self that small.

B - scramble egg with mushrooms and ham, 1/2 slice toast

L - homemade chicken patty, cucumbers, slice cheese

S - ham and cheese roll up(2), 1/4 cup mango

D - mackerel, lentil curry, made this yesterday and it was really good

S - cappuccino, some sort of protein

Totals without late snack, 761 cal, 39 carbs, 32 fat, 81 protein
