L - Panera pick two - chicken noodle soup and 1/2 Thai chicken salad
D - Sausage - not sure on the rest- at football game
S - Jello s/f pudding with cool whip

Good morning everyone. Had a fantastic weekend in Toronto, and the weather was perfect. Barb I am very impressed with your steps from yesterday.
Today its swimming, errands, laundry, and lots of paperwork.

Good morning everyone. Birdiegirl I hope traffic is not too crazy, cc glad to hear your phone is still alive.
Blah Monday, rain and overcast all day here. I just put in some grass seed so the rain will help that along. Hit the gym last night and did a couple of hours of gardening and cleaning afterward. I have so much more energy and mobility, it is amazing! Today is work then home.
Karen, did I tell you I got some of those adult colouring books you mentioned in your post? I love them, thanks for the idea.

s - 1/2 gnc lean protein shake, later...1/2 slice p28 bread with margarine and nsa jam
l - 1 cup leftover tofu and veggie stir fry, just veg and tofu, this turned out super good with the spring garlic
s - cucumber, 1/2 slice p28 bread with margarine and nsa jam
d - leftover tofu stir fry
s - 1/2 p28 bread slice toasted with margarine and sf stewed rhubarb

Busy, busy! We had the twins for the weekend and I almost feel like I need a weekend from my weekend. lol I could do without the rain out there, made for a slow drive in.
Lots on the go at work this week, my dad's birthday is today so I'll stop in there to see him, not sure what else other than a hopefully early night. Barb, have fun with the Toronto traffic - glad it's not me!

S - Source Greek (cherry), handful of grapes
L - 3 oz chicken, cucumber, red onion, peppers wrapped in a small whole wheat tortilla, stuck together with tzatziki
S - not sure I'll want one, brought an extra Greek yogurt
D - 3 oz chicken, stir fry veggies tossed with a bit of sweet onion dressing and crumbled feta
S - not sure yet, likely just coffee w/ cream

Was up early and decided to hit the gym this morning. Just got home before it started pouring.
Off to work later for afternoon shift and I need to finish up the last of the online training stuff.
