Good morning Barb. Hope the bugs weren't too bad up north.

Did my first shift at panam accreditation yesterday.Got my uniform and backpack.  Interesting working all the parts of how people get their credentials. They thought they were going to be busy but except for a rush at the beginning it was really slow. They started letting people go home. Mostly the people who lived the furthest away. There were people who came in from Barrie.

I tried a salad with herbed chicken they provided for lunch. The chicken must have had tenderizer on it so didn't agree with me. I will probably stick with bringing my own food for my next two shifts.

Need to grocery shop and clean today. My kids are coming for dinner.

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

l deli turkey, salad, dessert yogurt

s cheese, crackers

d hamburger no bun with havarti cheese, salad

s sugar free brownie, glass of wine

Good morning everyone.  Another beautiful day today, we have a high of 21, which to me is heaven.  Unless I am at the beach or by a pool I do not enjoy the 25+ weather much. We shall see if this year will be different as I am nearly 100 pounds lighter than last summer.

Got a fair amount of gardening done yesterday afternoon after the party, I think it helped to do exercise after that little piece of cake, I did not feel sleepy at all.  Picked my first crop of rhubarb from garden as well, threw then in the crockpot and will be enjoying them today.  I like to thicken the stewed rhubarb with xanthan gum so it is less liquid.  I have heard of people adding chia seeds to thicken too, I might try that one with a small amount, see if I like it.  At the farmers market I found the spring garlic, so happy, going to include it in my tofu stir-fry for dinner.  Another awesome thing, the farmer's market had local strawberries and they were fantastic.  I had planned to keep some to add to the stewed rhubarb but they did not last that long :0)

Today I have grocery shopping to do, the gym, walk the dogs, cleaning, laundry, and finishing up the gardening.  Later I will take a nice long bath and do my nails, some self-care after a busy day.

Morning all, nice and sunny out there.

Hope you feel better soon Tanya. My goodness zizz, you've been a busy bunny this weekend, lol. I get like that too where i just can't sit down and need to constantly move. Sure is easier if you don't have to haul 100+ lbs around. I had the laziest day yesterday. I did nothing all day long, just lounged around and watched some soccer. My team won the final and that just made my day. Today i'll do some light cleaning maybe go out and get some fruit for the week.

I love lazy days too Nia, its just I have been working most weekends for the past few months so now I need to get things back on track.  My "spring cleaning" may turn into a "summer cleaning"  if I do not hustle.  I love mushrooms and peppers with steam, its sooo good.
