Control wear question?

Does anyone else find that clothes like control tops and bottoms (Spanx) that support your tummy make it hard to eat food and make you feel whatever you eat as it goes down.....?

And I thought I was the only one.  Just told myself that it was squeezing me in so much, it squished my tummy, giving me less room.  I try not to wear anything too tight, especially during TOM because of it.

I get the same thing! So I only wear it when I'm getting dressed up. To much skin smushing on everything I guess.

I used to wear control stuff all the time but now I'm finding that it pushes all my mushyness UP and makes me look... odd. I can't seem to find anything decent to wear lol. 

I know this isn't really answering your question, it's just my own private rant.
