Good morning all. Work today then biking home. I hope all the bugs are gone by the end of the month when I head to Algonquin camping. Really looking froward to it.

One of these days, I should give camping a chance again. Although I think I'd give my husband a heart attack from the surprise if I suggested it. :D Enjoy your trip! Always nice to have a holiday to look forward to.

As someone who went camping a few times last summer, after swearing to never ever put myself through that living f'ing hell again, I can honestly say..... give your head a shake. Hard ground, no bathroom without a walk, at the mercy of the weather.  No. Thank. You.

Kidding, of course. But I will say that the last time I went on an overnight in a tent (a few years ago), we brought an air mattress with an electric pump (that plugged into the car lighter) for wimpy me. Haha.

Yeah, it definitely wasn't glamping where I was lol 

I think I'm too old and crotchety (read: spoiled and *****y) to put myself through it. ;)

We use cots with thin air mattresses on them. We no longer rough it.

B- 2 mini crustless quiche

L- Mini meat loaf with spoonful salsa

D- Salmon patty, 2 spears asparagus

S- Syntrax fuzzy naval shake, leftover dinner.

Myfitnesspal totals:  Calories 505, Carbs 12, Fat 14, Protein 73.

I have my one month follow up at the clinic tomorrow.  I had to cancel last week as I had been in the hospital the whole night before.  Hope they are happy with my progress.  I am, just with my heart would stop misbehaving.
