What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)

Good morning everyone.  I woke up at 1:30 and can't get back to sleep, so I thought I might as well post.  My back is bothering me and I can't seem to get comfortable in bed.  Enough of my moaning, here is what I have planned for the day.  

Today it's swimming, maybe some gardening, paperwork, a nap, errands, and maybe go out for coffee with a friend.

10 months post op

B. Large protein hot chocolate which I am drinking now, later a large decaf

S. Protein coffee shake

L. chicken chili with avocado and greek yogurt dip 

S. cinnamon dolce skinny latte

D. Beef meatballs, ricotta, a little marinara

S. turkey pepperette

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Today is my Friday....yaaaayyyy!

Work and then off to the gym hopefully a long walk this evening with the pooch.

B 1 c ff cottage cheese and yogurt mixed together, protein coffee

S 1 ozlf cheese 10 grapes

L 3 oz buffalo chicken 1 rusk cracker thing, 2 sm apricots

D Bison burger, all fixings no bun, 1 c sweet kale salad

S tea, 1 Source greek yogurt

RNY  6 Years 2 Months Post Op

Morning

I had a bad night also - finally fell asleep at 4 and the alarm goes at 5:30 to get me up to meet my trainer.

Heading north for a few days of golf and meeting friends

 

STEPS - 5672

EATS

B - 1 mug of regular and 1 mug of decaf

    Premier protein shake

 

L - Panera pick two - chicken noodle soup and 1/2 thai chopped chicken salad

 

D - 1.5 cups of tomato - pepper - vidalia and feta salad

     4 oz grilled chicken

 

S - Source dessert yogurt with FF cool whip

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 850,  Carbs - 73 Grams,  Fat - 22 Grams,  Protein - 91 Grams

 

All water and vits

FYI, bugs are worse than a few weeks ago when you were up.  Have a fun few days in the near north :)

We baked on Thursday and Friday then woke up to 1C and tons of rain on Saturday.  We kept the sauna going all day and had the wood stove going in the cottage so we didn't freeze but it sure wasn't nice outside. Yesterday it was another warm enough one.

The bugs were jerks in Muskoka on Saturday...but they all DIED in the cold Sunday. hahahahah! (Or sought shelter and will make their way back in the sunshine later)

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

They were back out here yesterday as it was hot again.  Thankfully we use a Thermacell and can still sit outside bug free.
