It's my birthday people!! Yay!
Got up and ran my annual 5k and came home to a yummy omelet made by Rosco. He makes them huge and we share. I ate 1/4 of it before I left (which I normally don't do) and I have the rest here with me now. Got free timbits at Timmies (ate one, tossed the other) and free parking at Kennedy station. I'm telling everyone today that it's my birthday LOL. I used to hate this day for a lot of reasons, but not anymore!
Pretty sure i'm getting steak and wine for dinner. The rest is just protein and healthy eats.
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Good morning! It's my early day at work today and I didn't have time to post before I left home. I am so pokey in the morning. I work a long shift on Wednesdays, but still managed to get a walk in with the dog after work. We headed home before darkness though because I am afraid to meet up with a bear.
I'm done work at 3 today, then heading home to wash floors, clean bathrooms, dust and do laundry. We are leaving for the weekend and I want to come home to a clean house. After all that is done, will take Meeka for a walk.
B-GNC Lean Shake in Swiss Chocolate (it's okay, but I prefer Premier)
L-4 thin slices of smoked chicken breast, a couple mini dill pickles and a mozza cheese string
D-I think I will have a small four tortilla with cheese, turkey pepperette and mushrooms pizza.
