Good morning CC and everyone. Sorry about your car, CC - that is real drudgery, getting car repairs!

So yesterday, I'm on the way to work and I realize that while I was busy writing up my food, planning it, packing it, etc...I forgot to eat breakfast. LOL! So I had a protein shake at work and waited until my morning snack. I managed the day, and didn't get overly hungry, but I did manage to have a lapse in the afternoon when someone was handing out goodies at work. I find stuff so hard to resist and I've been doing so well. But I got back on the horse right afterwards. And luckily, I still lost 0.2 lbs. Haha.  Today's a new day - one with breakfast in it! On the upside - the salmon last night was amazing. My husband raved over it. And he and I went for a nice walk after dinner which was good.

Today, I have work, then a meeting after work that will have us out until 10 p.m. tonight. So, I'll have to plan supper too and bring it. I'm determined to plan and not eat crap! Just need to think about what I have in the cupboards and fridge...

2.5 YEARS POST-RNY

B - 1 egg fried in 1 tsp olive oil on 1 slice P28 toast

S - 1/2 cup ricotta/vanilla/stevia mix, topped with 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries

L - 6 tbsps of chicken spread, on 1 slice P28 bread, plus 1 carrot cut into sticks and a dip made of 3 tbsps of fat free Greek yogurt and 1 tbsp of seafood sauce (I had it out and I thought it might be interesting).

S - 2 halves of devilled eggs (so 1 egg total), and about 1/3 of a cookies and cream Quest bar (leftover)

D - 10 cooked medium shrimp with 2 tbsps hot seafood sauce. Plus a homemade side salad with a homemade Greek yogurt dressing and 1 tbsp craisins, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, and 2 tsp of hemp hearts sprinkled on top.

S - Protein shake if I need it - will bring it to the meeting just in case, and count it.

TOTALS: 130g protein, 48g fat, 105g carbs, 22g fiber, 1336 calories

Have a great day, everyone!

Great swim yesterday. The lanes were almost empty. Had one to myself until the very end. So did 32 lengths to get it over the 700 m mark. I will never break any speed records but I was definitely tired after. Unfortunately we went out to dinner. Had 1/2 a quesadilla. Not the worst choice but not the best either. Having the other 1/2 tonight. There was not a ton of chicken in it mostly tomatoes.

Biking home tonight. Hope to start work on a cabinet my daughter and I want to refinish for her. I think it might be part of the original kitchen cabinets. My house is over 100 yrs old. This cabinet has been in the basement since we moved in over 30 yrs ago.

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

s baby bel

l Oceans tuna kit, dessert yogurt

s celery, peanut butter

d 1/2 quesidilla, salad

s tea
