Bloodwork!
oh yeah, had both arms and even my hand once. good times. Now I make sure I drink a TON of water the days lead up to it, and either take the stairs, or walk a lap around the building - something to get my blood flowing so it's quick work for them. Seems to help the vampires out :)

I'm the same way, get picked in both arms usually, then try the hands, usually have to have a kid's butterfly needle.... I have to get my bloodwork done in the next couple of weeks. Good advice about the walk around the block, maybe I'll have to do a couple flights of stairs when I see my number getting close. At my blood lab the line ups are ridiculous in the mornings for fasting blood work, we have to take a number and wait up to an hour sometimes (and that's lining up before the place even opens). Here's to hoping our values all come out normal!
