What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
Good morning! It was a very busy but wonderful weekend. I am well rested for the work week ahead. I did not post my menu on the weekend as I didn't use my laptop and don't like typing so much info on my cell phone. I did, however, stick to plan.
I was up before my alarm today so took my dog for a walk before I headed to work. I logged over 6300 steps on my Fitbit already this morning and drank 4 cups of water. I am meeting my fiance at noon to mail out our wedding invitations, so we'll probably end up having lunch at Subway.
RNY-9 weeks post-op
B-Chocolate Premiere Protein Shake
L-Lean deli meat and veggies from a 6 inch sub
D-3 oz grilled ground chicken or ground turkey, sauteed mushrooms and onions and a bit of cheese melted over top. I may also have a little lettuce and tomato, no salad dressing.
S-I have yogurt and turkey pepperettes in the fridge at work should I get hungry during the day. If I'm hungry for a night time snack, I will have 1/2 Quest protein bar.
I shouldn't have a problem getting all 8 cups of water in today and will take all vitamins.
Have a great day everyone!
