Dumping on cherries?

I'm nearing 2 years out.  I used to be able to all fruit, oranges are now a no no.  I find myself more and more finding foods that don't agree with me.  I had heard that the body changes or is affected by things pretty much every year that passes.  I guess I'm finding that to be true.

It could have been caused by the sugars in Cherries.  It could also have been caused by either not chewing them enough, or the temperature of the cherries when you ate them.  I know I find that the temperature of food can affect how I digest them.  I had cherries on the weekend, and I had a hard time with the first few as they were cold (from fridge) but after I did some stuff, I went back to them and had no problem.  When I went back to them though, they had been sitting out longer and were room temperature.

If yours were cold, and you want to try them again, just try a few that are at room temperature.  Even if you react, it won't be as big of a reaction.

Thanks Cathy,

Good tip about the temperature. Maybe I'll try them at room temperature - as soon as I stop gagging when I look at them :)
