Happy anniversary. You are doing so well. I am sure it will continue.
House stuff today then perhaps a movie. We ended up going out for dinner last night. Left over salad for lunch today.

Afternoon all. Happy surgiversary Tanya. Time does fly and glad you are feeling great and healthy. Congrats Zizzler on being being overweight. Makes a big difference from when we first started the journey. Hope you both continue your journeys with success. Nothing much planned today just a bit of house cleaning and laundry. My team won yesterday which was great. They have one more game to play next weekend to make history.
I've been finding myself hungry lately, especially late night. I think because i'm not eating enough during the day as i usually consume half of my meals at a time and sometimes just too full to eat. I try to eat every 3 hrs and it doesn't bother me during the day to not eat but late night it catches up and i'm ravenous. Any tricks to combat this? I always will reach for protein or a few nuts then but, i don't like feeling that hungry late at night.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
