I only saw the screw top caps for the vanilla I really hope they start shipping the chocolate with screw tops to the Canadian Costco stores!!

It HAS changed again - I paid $29.99/case last weekend.  I'd call them in Brampton before forging through the crowds on a weekend. lol

I'm pre-op, but have a suggestion of a protein powder - Dyna Whey Strawberry/Kiwi.  I just mix it with cold water and ice and it's actually pretty tasty.   :)  The Costco website has them.

Thanks for sharing though - it's helpful to read the challenges after surgery.  Have a good day :)

I seldom use protein powders now but when I did I like the company iwindirect Especially their cappuccino. The link I gave you goes to their samples page. You can get free samples to decide which flavours you like.
