What are you eating/doing today ( Thursday)

Hey there, your menu looks good to me.  At 2 months I think thats a normal amount of food.

Have you tried the gnc lean protein shakes?  They are really yummy and not too thick.  Might be an idea if you need calories but are not feeling hungry.  Peanut butter is high calorie with decent amount of protein.  Just don't d what I did and go overboard with the pb!  It's tempting, especially whipped pb on a banana - omg good.

Morning all... Happy Friday Jr to all!

Slept in today and now running late. So much to do....walk Jasper, go to the gym, laundry, grocery shopping, laptop shopping :)

B protein coffee 1/2 c greek yogurt w/ mixed berries

S 1 oz lf swiss cheese, 2 slices ham

L spicy peanut satay tuna 3 melbas 3 cucumber slices

D 3oz BBQ chicken breast 1 c sweet kale salad

S tea
