Your menu looks really yummy, especially the pizza and chicken and broccoli Alfredo. I may make the chicken dish this week, and I need to buy cauliflower to make the pizza, I am all out. For tracking I use myfitnesspal and for exercise I walk, elliptical, and do weight lifting on the machines. I find the exercise really helps manage my anxiety and stress.
I do the pizza crispy with the cauliflower crust so I can pick it up and feel like a real pizza slice is being had, lol. It is super yummy I really enjoy it. The Alfredo is great nice and creamy too, I cook it all separate and then mix it all in a big bowl, nice big slices of chicken and I dice the broccoli and then add the noodles. I skip the noodle part but hubby loves them, lol.
