On my way to work shortly, then to Koffee Korner for my coffee stash! Home for BBQ tonight.
B 1 c greek yogurt w/ berries, protein coffee
S 1 oz ff cheese, a few celery sticks
L 1 cup sweet kale salad w/ 3 oz chicken
D BBQ buffalo turkey burger ( no bun) w/ 1/2 c broccoli slaw w/ blue cheese dressing on top of burger (can't wait to try this)

Tanya your menu looks really good, especially the turkey burger. Did you buy the burger or make it? Birdie, enjoy your gardening, I will be doing mine today too, nice day for it.
Yesterday was amazing, went to the Keg for the first time ever and really loved it! I got the Manhattan steak with mushrooms, onions. red pepper, green beans, a few bites of roasted garlic mash. OMG it was so good! Of course I could only eat 1/4 of the meal, the rest will be delicious leftovers for the next few days. I will definitely be back for my next special occasion.

Good morning all. Ended up biking to the Distillery District yesterday instead of the market. Lots of buskers. Not sure what today will bring perhaps some gardening. Need to do some planning for lunches next week. On the way home yesterday stopped at Loblawws for some Tandoori paste for the salmon patties. They were giving out free burgers from their made fresh menu. Not real impressed. Very dense, did not remind me of burger at all. I will stick with the one my DH makes. Would love to hear how the turkey burger was Tanya

S - parm chips & salsa fresca (these are extremely addictive, once you get past the initial stinky-feet-slap-in-the-face when I open the container)
D - 4 oz BBQ chicken breast, sautéed veggies mixed with a tiny bit of Renee's sweet onion and a sprinkle of feta
S - nada, still full from dinner
