What are you eating/doing today (Saturday)
2.5 weeks post op
ahhhhh I am on my own today....well with my 3 cats! Hubby and son and 2 dogs went up to the trailer to give it a good cleaning and hang out for the day/night. I look forward to doing some housecleaning, watching a movie or two and continuing to learn how to crochet! Will get on the treadmill for 30 minutes today too. I am feeling so much better.....every day my energy increases. Hope everyone has a fantastic long weekend!!!

This looks better - I was getting a little concerned by your list of food consumption. I would also ditch the saltines - they add nothing nutritionally and you really dont need them at this point
I ran approx 450- 600 calories the first 3-4 months sticking to dense protein and a few veggies. Make the most of the first 6 months
Good luck
Thanks so much for your reply. I agree I am going to skip the crackers for awhile. I was trying to get in all the food groups....but they do add a lot of carbs and calories. There is an italian ice pop i bought but has 10 g sugar...I only had one but think I need to ditch those too....stick to my sf jellos. I am gettings loads of protein and atill need to up my water intake. Thanks again :)
Yes ditch the ice pops - 10g sugar is a lot. I never ate over 7g in the losing phase (and for several years after that) and that was the count in my yogurt, not a "treat". I had no time or space in my gut for treats of any sort.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Today I made the crustless quiche and mini meatloaf recipes. They both turned out amazing, so good. I don't have a mini loaf pan so I made 12 muffin size meatloaves. Myfitness pal is great for figuring out the nutrition numbers for a single serving. So much easier than trying to figure it out yourself.
B- 2 crustless quiche
L- Source greek yogurt, strawberry
D- mini meatloaf, 10gr havarti inferno melted on top
S- I premier protein, and 1 syntrax fuzzy naval proteing shake, throughout the day.

I may have another of the 50 calorie yogurt before bed tonight.
All vits and lots of water.
