Hope everyone had a great day!  Tummy feeling better today .  I am going to try two of Eggface's recipes tomorrow.  The crustless quiche, and some mini meatloafs. I got all the ingredients today.  I want to try some new things, and have easy choices ready in the freezer.  I have been mainly sticking to full fluids and adding one new food a day, which I have not had any trouble tolerating, so far.  I did have tuna that kinda stuck one day, I think it was too dry.  Lesson learned.

B- 1 scrambled egg, 10gr havarti inferno cheese.

L- Source greek, mandarin - yum

D- 1/2 cup tomato soup

S- 1 premier protein and 1 syntrax fuzzy naval shake throughout the day.

Myfitnesspal:  Calories-501, Carbs-24, Fat-13, Protein-71.

Hope everyone has a great long weekend!

Crustless quiche and mini meatloaves are two of my favourite things! Always have some in the fridge or freezer for a quick go-to. :)
