Morning all. Looks kind of nice out there today. Hope it warms up a bit more by the time i go out grad dress shopping with my niece. She's so excited and nervous on going to high school. Guess we were all anxious and excited at that age too. I was shocked at how much the dresses cost too. $200+ for a dress that they can never wear again and that doesn't include shoes and accessories, glad i'm not paying that. Maybe i'm just old school.
Hope you have fun on your night out Barb. After surgery, i try to avoid eating out as i don't think i can stay on track. I get very anxious and I'm scared i'll go hog wild and won't be able to control myself. Even when someone at home orders out, i avoid it as much as possible but i have also eaten at times and feel incredibly guilty. I Know i have to learn and live normal but, i'm still cautious and scared of regain.
