Ohhh I went to the Keg last night. Had a few ribs a couple of bites of bread and potatoe and then my friends decided they wanted dessert!  I never order that but I went in on the 3 minis so we could share. They only took a couple of bites of the brownie and then I ate it. Did I ever feel sick afterwards. I'm such an asshole. I know better but still did it. Glad I did feel so bad because hopefully I will remember that the next time I think of doing something stupid like that again!

Unfortunately I rarely remember uncomfortable food incidents!  lol

I occasionally have a bite of my DH's dessert - especially if its non chocolate  - lemon is my downfall.  A couple of bites does it though.  My big thing is bread - so I try to only have when out - and hot and delish - yummm

I'm sure we've all done that, Monica - pulled an asshole eating move, felt like absolute crap after, vow to remember it so it doesn't happen again.... until the next asshole move. lol

Yes we've all been there done that and we know better. That is what makes me so mad. Oh well today is a new day!  No chocolate brownie and ice cream for this chick!

Good morning everyone.  Monica don't beat yourself up, we have all done it, just work a little harder today and try to eat better.

Today it's swimming, lunch with a friend (hoping to talk her into a light snack and then get our nails done), workman coming to the house this afternoon, then make dinner and chill.

Good morning :)

Barb, what the celebration? Birthday? Anniversary? Share, I'm nosy! By the way, I'm stopping at Longo's on the way home today to pick up some Thai spiced pork tenderloin on a stick and I can't wait for dinner, thanks for the heads-up! By the way, I'm guessing you BBQ it?

Off to training for the day, Longo's, home for the evening, probably an early night. I stopped at Costco yesterday (omg, 4:30 on a weekday is the BEST, there was no one there) and again they didn't have the roasted chicken salad :/

9 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - Premier protein shake

S - muffin-tin crustless quiche

L - same as snack

S - Source Greek, handful of grapes

D - Thai spiced pork tenderloin (3-4 oz), Asian coleslaw (I haven't made this in so long, love it)

S - likely just coffee with cream

Have a great Friday Junior!

K. :)

Hi Karen - I bake it in the oven - too tiny to BBQ unless on tin foil or some container.  Make sure you dont cook it too long - 8 minutes a side max and less if you have a hot oven.  Hope you like it - its a nice change

Tonight we are just celebrating stuff!  Glad its spring - glad we're together etc etc...

Ahhh... so glad you told me that, I'll do the same then.

A "stuff" celebration is the best kind - enjoy!
