What are you eating/doing today (Wednesday)
Oh poor Tanya, i hear you on the full of poop issue. When the doc repaired my hernia a few weeks ago, he told me i was full of it too. Funny enough i had been taking MOM to help with constipation and a day before my surgery i went A LOT. I thought i had cleaned out good but, the doc said there was still a lot left in there higher up. My tummy still looks bloated but i've been taking lax a day and it seems to be moving along fine now. I don't strain when i go and ii don't pass golf balls now either. Hope you feel better soon.
Tanya amazing steps - you rock. On the poop front (scary) thanks for the heads up. I hope you pain gets resolved quickly, let me know how the MOM works. I have a colonoscopy scheduled in a month and I want to make sure I'm "clean as a whistle " beforehand.

OMG I am stunned by that many steps!!! like in 1 day LOL I am just 2 weeks post op and yesterday I did just over 3000 steps and was pleased with myself.....I am very sedentary but this surgery will get that changing! I used to be so incredibly active just 10 years ago :( How do you walk that much??? Is it on a treadmill? Thanks!
Tanya, the "full of crap" makes sense considering your symptoms. I'm with Monica, if you're not getting relief from mom, I'd hit it full blast with a couple of Senokot S. Hope you're feeling better!

Good morning all. I have not been exercising at all this week. Been in a real funk. I really need to get my act together. So off to swimming today. Maybe some exercise will help me. I forgot to take anything out of the freezer for dinner again today. Not sure where my brain is. So I have not listed dinner until I figure out what is available at home. It would be easier if it was just me but need to figure out something for DH.
