Good morning, I have reached the limit at work and have to switch into survival mode.  No more overtime unless it's an emergency, I need to take my breaks dammit.  I will not let this job hurt my health, even if it costs me a promotion.

Morning all :)

Barb, your dinner just made my mouth water! Can I ask how you make Thai spiced pork tenderloin? That sounds delicious and right up my taste bud alley.

Off to work this morning but attending off-site training all day today and tomorrow as we get ready to implement new software that will completely change how we deal with legislation/by-laws and is supposed to simplify and align processes. Big expectations. lol  Really looking forward to it actually, both learning new stuff and being out of the office for a couple of days. ;) Bringing my lunch as I'm not sure what's available in the area other than McD's.

9 years post-op

B - Premier protein shake

S - Source Greek, a few grapes

L - small whole wheat tortilla, summer sausage, lettuce, tomato, red pepper, mayo

Have a good one,

K. :)

I purchase ready made thai pork tenderloin on  a stick at Longo's.  They have some great ready to cook items - I also purchase their meatloaf and chicken cordon bleu.  Always fresh not frozen ( unless I throw it in the freezer)

My DH loves the pork

MOM tastes like ass lol. If it doesn't work I would take 3 Senokot S before bed. That should get things moving. Good luck!!
