What are you eating/doing today (Tuesday)
Good morning all. Rough start to the morning. I was up early and let the dog into the backyard. Didn't realise there were two young racoons out there trying to get into my garbage. The dog chased them along the fence and one took off. I tried to hold him off at this point. But when the other racoon decided to come down off the fence and confront him the dog just pulled me off my feet. My dog is 90 lbs. The dog got him down by the neck but the racoon must of scratched him so he let him go. When I left for work the racoon was still up the tree in my yard afraid to come down. I hope he leaves at some point or the dog will be barking at him everytime he goes into the yard.

HI all, first time posting my unimpressive menu. I read yours all daily and try to take some lessons from them. I am not a kitchen person at all sadly and not a cook either so basics and easy are my go to. However I am trying to learn and getting better. So here goes it:

b- 1 egg, hash brown, quarter piece of toast
l- 12 Quaker crispy minis ketchup flav
s- quest bar
d- quarter piece of chicken quesadilla
s- pure protein shake

Welcome Julz1974, I am 8 months out, so we are almost at the same stage you and I. What kind of quest bars do you like? My favourite is chocolate chip, what I do is I microwave the bar for 30 seconds so it is warm, tastes like a cookie to me. Yum! I love to cook myself but rarely have the time lately with work so I am also looking for quick and easy most of the time. My favourite is the blue menu meatballs, so easy and delicious, good with just about any sauce. Hope you keep posting, it is a lot of fun to see what others are up to and eating. Have a nice evening!
Thanks Zizzler, I have to admit that was only the second time I ever ate a protein bar and it was surprisingly good, lol. I will take up your suggestion of heating it cause that sounds great and it is something I would have never thought to try. I have not found a fave just yet but the two I have had were not to bad. I went in to the store and basically did the pick one of every kind and brand to try and see what works and doesn't as I eat them. So it will be a learning curve till I settle on some faves. I will look for the chocolate chip one for sure.
thank you for the blue menu suggestion too, that sounds yummy and like a good go to for me. I will be doing those over the long weekend for a dinner. Appreciate the feed back. L - 1/2 cup tomato soup, NSA vanilla pudding cup
D - 50g tuna, 1tbsp light mayo, 4 saltines
1 premier protein and 1 syntrax fuzzy naval shake throughout day.
All vits and lots water.
