Working out early with my trainer this morning - then a quick shower and on my way. Out for lunch so assuming I will have greens and chicken. I have a golf lesson this afternoon so out for dinner too. Rough life!
I had peameal bacon last evening done as a roast. It tasted so much better then buying it pre-sliced and cooking up in the fry pan. Lots of leftovers too

Morning all :)
Off to work for the day, lots to do (as per the usual) and in a time crunch to get some "stuff" done since I'll be off-site for the remainder of the week. Going to hit Costco on the way home, dinner, TV mush, early to bed. I was up WAY too late last night - my own faul****ching the season finale of Bates Motel seemingly wasn't enough, stayed up to watch the replay at 11. Yes, I am nuts.

D - beans, oxtail
S - 2oz kolbassa, cappuccino

I am also suffering from sore butt, I try to remember to cross my legs as that helps a lot. Also my legs falls asleep more easily, maybe my circulation is cut off more easily now that there is less padding? No idea, but it is annoying. I know one lady at work who has a cushion for her chair, she says it helps, so maybe that is an idea? I have found that doing my butt exercises at the gym tends to help, I guess a strong butt is a happy butt? lol Maybe
