My First Race

Did my first competitive 10K~Power walk today!! yes Walking but next year I want to be running. Finished the race at 88 minutes and feel like a million bucks!! 2 years ago I was having knee surgery because I couldn't walk anymore.

You're right Keith  and even after surgery a year ago I still didn't imagine being able to do this!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
