What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
Sorry to hear about all the stressful things going on with you, I can understand how that might be eating your feelings. Are you still doing yoga? I have found that so helpful during stressful times, and actually your posts about the classes you take inspired me to do the same, thank you for sharing. Try taking things one day at a time, you will get through this.
I just haven't had a moment to even think about yoga. I did a bit of stretching on Saturday, in between swims....I'm just in a small funk for now. It will all be good soon enough. Glad I inspired you to try yoga, it is an amazing release and very beneficial for sure!
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
