What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

Glad you made it while they were still on sale. I knew I had figured it out and thought it was cheaper when they are on sale but couldn't remember as I haven't had to buy any in ages. I always buy lots when they do come on sale. All flavours are good but strawberry is definitely a nice change from the usual vanilla and chocolate and it taste like real strawberry to me not fake.
I agree about the strawberry one, so nice for a change. And it tastes good, not too sweet or anything, refreshing. They will be replacing my usual premier protein shake in the morning for the next while, nice of have a change. What did you think of the chocolate and vanilla in comparison to the strawberry?
Good morning all. It certainly is Monday. Swimming today and work. Forgot to take anything out for dinner so not sure what we will have. We have some chicken left from yesterday so may have that.
b greekyogurt, raspberries
l kale salad with spicy chicken, yogurt
s hummus and mary's crackers
d chicken, kale salad
I need to add some more food but not feeling great today so will add as I go
Morning all,
I'm having a tough time getting back on track. Life is hectic (competition synchro season, marathon recovery, dance recital rehearsals, and school stuff and work stuff) and sad. Ross' mother has had a debilitating disease since i've known her, and she is getting worse. We most likely celebrated her last Mother's Day yesterday. I have been eating so poorly. And not getting any training in (had to recover anyway, but I don't do well not exercising, as you all know).
Here is a pic of Ross' parents and I from a week ago. And yesterday she looked even smaller and grayer :-( There were a lot of tears.
Needless to say, I need to not eat my feelings....nobody does.
B: grape skin bread, almond butter, egg and avacado
L: beef Stew
D: unsure, but protein and salad.
Hope you all are doing well. I'm going to take a few minutes to catch up here.

Thank you Karen! I may not post in the morning because my new tummy sometimes changes its mind and just wants a plain soup or yogurt. But eventually I want to be able to plan my whole day ahead of time, to keep me on track. This thread gives me so many good ideas, of what I want my daily menu to look like eventually.
My "new" tummy is 9 years old and often changes its mind too. lol
You're getting into an excellent habit of planning/organizing/tracking your daily menu. I attribute a lot of my success to the WAYE thread - mindful planning + mindful choices = mindful eating.
