I take 2 doses of a multivitamin pill every day.  Recently, I've started taking my multivitamins together (2 pills) in one dose.  Do you do this as well?  Is this not good to do?  Please share your thoughts.

I would have to say take them twice daily.  One at the beginning of the day the other at the end. With calcium every 2 hours in between. Call your Centre and ask but I'm pretty sure this is the way we are supposed to do it.

Two doses of two pills or two pills total?

You can take two multivitamins together. The trick is you have to wait a few hours between iron pills (iron is in a multivitamin) and calcium as they negatively effect how you absorb them.

I was told to take the multivitamin pills together.  I always take both pills first thing in the morning.
