Everyone sound busy today :) Hope we all have a great day

Karen, hope you have fun WALKING the mall, I know you wont be shopping...lol

relaxing a bit today, hitting the gym this afternoon.

Blue skies and sunshine here :)

B source greek yogurt, protein coffee

S 1 c spinach shake w/ protein powder added

L peanut satay tune w/ 2 melbas and 5 cucumber slices

D homemade mini pizza w/ cauliflower crust

S ??

Good Morning

I am currently on Pre-Op diet and it follows:

B- Premier Protein Shake (chocolate)

S- Source Greek Yogurt (0 fat)

L- small whole wheat chicken wrap (3oz) with lettuce and fat free ranch

S- 1 light baby bel cheese

D- (not sure yet, I am thinking 6oz of chicken with some steamed broccoli)

S- sugar free pudding or a few strawberries.

Hubby heads back to work for a week later today and am so happy his week at home is over.  I love having him home but he eats so differently than I do that it makes life a lot more complicated.  Doing yard work again today and going to go pick up seeds to plant in my veggie garden as soon as it's safe to do so up here.  Heading to open up our cottage in a week so going to start digging out all the cottage stuff that we have to drag back and forth twice a year.  I just like to have everything ready when he gets back home that we can just load and go.

B - light rye toast and 1 oz of extra old cheddar

L - spinach salad with strawberries, avocado, toasted almonds, sliced egg, red onion

S - activia yogurt, really hate the taste of the no fat one but will finish them....can't find source greek yogurt up here anywhere for the past month so trying others but don't like any other of the greek ones so went back to normal ones.

D - BBQ herb crusted pork tenderloin with peach/ginger sauce on the side, roasted brussel sprouts

S - numbers look low in the protein dept so either add in a protein shake or some kielbassa if liquids just won't cut it.
