Morning all :)
I was totally writing this at the same time, CC. Good thing I always open another tab to see if someone has posted while I'm writing. lol As for your scale being kind - the mysteries of the scale continue to stump me and I've got 9 years under my belt. Up, down, all around... as long as the trend is going the right way over time, it's all good.
Off to work for the day, getting a mani/pedi on the way home (time for sandals but not with these horrid looking toes!), BBQ for dinner, early to bed I think. Heading over to the mall at lunch on the premise (lie) that I'm walking the mall, I'm actually looking for clothes and hoping that the perfect look and size are awaiting me the moment I walk into the mall, no shopping required. ;)

Hey cc, where do you get your xyla teriyaki sauce? Sounds good. Nothing special today, just work and gardening when I get home. I have been doing Alan hour a night and it really kicks my butt exercise-wise, but in a good way. There is something meditative about it, clearing away the old and planting/nurturing the new. Supposed to be a lovely day out so I plan to go for a walk at lunch.

Zizzler I believe I got the Xyla teriyaki sauce from the Low Carb Grocery. Not bad, it has sesame and garlic in it. The stats Teriyaki Express's sauce are too high, so I will use my own.

Morning all. Looks like its going to be a beautiful day today. Had to leave my car at the shop yesterday, have a leak in the break line somewhere. So glad it didn't happen when i had the plethora of appts in Guelph. I tried to apply for bursaries and OSAP yesterday and my head went spinning every which way. I'll try again today, lol.

B - pancake, 1/2 tbs PB. I made it using some pumpkin puree instead of the usual banana, an egg and protein powder and a tsp of coconut flour. The numbers are not bad either: 137 cals, 3 carbs, 6 fat and 18 protein. Came out nice and fluffy too.
L - 2oz cold cuts stuffed into 1/2 flat-out with some salad
S - 1/2 mandarin, 4 grapes and turkey flakes
D - 1/4 cup 3 bean salad, mackerel
S - 2 oz kolbassa, cappuccino
Have a great day all. Nia
Good morning all. I am actually busy at work for a change. Makes the day go so much faster. Bad eating night last night. Ended up with a slight sweating and upped heart rate. That will teach me at least until the next time. Off to swimming at lunch and biking home. The ride home was cold yesterday. I am dressed better for it today.
