New clothes!

I can't even imagine that. I work from home so most of my days are spent in night gowns. In the last year I've put around 1100 km on my car. I hardly ever go out, and the clothes I do have, I've had for a long time. I have like 3 pairs of jeans, about 5-6 tops, a few dresses - and that's basically it. I'm sure when I get closer to goal I'll love shopping a lot more. Also, skinny girl clothes are much cheaper. Look on Additionelle.com, nice jeans run about 120 dollars.

I always resented having to pay the exorbitant prices because the quality was garbage. They felt they could charge what the traffic would bear because there were so few places to shop for clothes

Agreed, it's horrible. However, at least they have fashionable clothes. I remember years ago it was nearly impossible to find something beyond a muumuu. I "get" that the clothes need a little extra fabric, but the clothes are more than twice the price of regular sized clothes, which is ridiculous.

I love shopping at Costco for clothes-they are very reasonable but I always pick up a couple of sizes just in case cause you can't try them on.  I return what doesn't fit.  Reitmans is also another great place to go.  Enjoy the shopping but don't go overboard as you won't be wearing these clothes for long either ; )

I'm so happy for you! What an incredible feeling to go down a few sizes. How great of the A-E staff to play dress-up with you.

Believe! You are well on your way. Keep up the great progress!
