I'm taking a trip to Costco with a friend. What are some post-op items I should be on the lookout for?

Vitamins are definitely on the list.

Watch the vitamin prices. I often get them on sale at Shoppers cheaper. Many people like premier protein shakes. I get pure protein bars for on the run. You will not be able to eat them for a while after surgery.

I like their chicken thighs because they are well trimmed and moist. I seldom eat chicken breast anymore. It is too easy to dry out.

Great thread topic.

I get my Feramax there.  30 pills for  $15.86, which is cheaper than their bottle of 100 for $60.   You can get 120 pills (in the 30 pill box) for just over $63.
