Morning
Mani-pedi this morning - afterwards groceries. It sure helps weight loss to eat at home! I think I gained 5 pounds alone in Florida from salt while eating in restaurants.
STEPS - 7640
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
L - 3/4 cup of naturegg liquid eggs
1/3 cup of habanero cheese scrambled in
D - Green salad with tomatoes/peppers/onions/feta and full fat dressing- 2 cups
5 oz grilled swordfish with 1/4 cup of bruschetta mix on top
grilled asparagus
S - Yogurt - stewed rhubarb - fibre one - FF cool whip
This may not be enough food for me today - if hungry will add 200 calories of dense protein ( ham/cheese roll up)

S 1 c homemade spinach protein shake
L2 ham/cheese roll ups, 4 slice cucumber
D 3 oz back bacon, 1/2c sweet kale salad
S tea 1 sourcegreek yogurt

Good morning. A mani-pedi sounds so relaxing. Didn't have wine last night so saved some calories and actually lost 1/2 lb. Just 3 more and I will feel more in control. I know that isn't much but I feel I keep adding each winter. My lowest was 140 and I know I will never see that again. I just can't maintain that weight but I want to stay about 150 so 3 more and I will be happy.
Biked in today and will swim at lunch.
b 1 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 c raspberries
s banana, 1 oz cheese
l 1 c chili, yogurt
s 1/2 c smoked chick peas
d 3 oz steak, 1/2 c cauliflower, 1/4 c salad
s crackers and cheese
cal 1281, carb 121, prot 87. Carbs are high. Didn't know chick peas were so high in carbs? Also the banana doesn't help
Good morning everyone. Barb enjoy the twinkle toes, Tanya I love a spinach shake, Pat good on you for biking and swimming and turning down wine - you are awesome.
Today it's swimming, yard work, dinner at home then out to listen to live music. I am going to try to eat more at home so that I can plough through all the leftovers in my fridge and freezer.
