What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)
Good morning everyone! Stepped on the scale this morning for my weekly weight check and I am at 175, which for me is 1 pound away from "overweight" bmi. I can almost taste it! lol I have to work today (boo!) but it is supposed to rain anyways, so it is a little easier to accept. Other than work I will be reading more of the book "wild" and taking a long nap when I get home from work. I heard about those GNC lean protein drinks, I intend to try them and pick up some protein crunch bars while I am there. What are you guys up to today?

b - premier protein shake, xl decaf coffee
s - premier protein bar...later sf dasani
l - salad with chicken and garlic sauce
s - lc protein granola
d - 1 cup leftover tuna casserole (tuna, lc veg, marble cheese, a little mayo)
s - kielbasa slices with lf swiss cheese and a sour pickle
all water and vits

Morning all.
Hope everyone is have a great weekend!
Yesterday was a write off for me, did nothing but go to work.
Not sure what today will bring, not feeling too well. pain in top of pouch, feel like I am starving most of the time, but pain and gas comes shortly after eating...burp alittle and pain goes away.
No sure what it is, I will be calling my centre on Monday. If it gets worse I will go to ER.
no Idea for eats today. will keep it light though
