So glad you mentioned Witch Hazel, I was considering that! Thanks for the input, my face is killing me (both physically and emotionally LOL)!

Good morning cc, hot yoga sounds awesome, enjoy!  Wearing dress shorts and a sleeveless top to work today for the first time in many many years, so this is a nsv for me, feels nice but I feel strangely exposed.  Just going to go with it.

Thank you!  The shorts are long, down to my knees, as my thighs are pretty wrinkly and loose now.  Went for a walk at lunch, boy was it nice to feel the sun in my legs and shoulders, so grateful...

Morning all. Finally got my car back yesterday just in time to go blow some more money shopping this weekend, lol. CC you sound like you're going to be a busy bunny today. Karen, that sounds painful and miserable. Don't have any advise but hoping it clears out soon.

Good morning all. Didn't make it to GNC to try the shake. Would like to try to remember today but the way things are going I do not seem to be able to remember anything. I have some really early shifts for the panam games this summer. I would like a shake to take as I leave the house.

I agree Karen they really have screwed up the forum. Maybe a little polysporin would help. I guess it depends if it is an allergic reaction or a burn.

Leaving work early today and meeting DH. We are going to bike from just east of the ex to High Park. We do not want to try the who way from our house and back. Not sure I could do it but am sure dh couldn't. The blossoms are just starting to come out on the trees. I say every year I will go see them and never make it.

I have been having trouble eating much dinner lately. Barely finish my meat/fish. I have listed what I will make for dh and see how much I actually eat.

b 1/2 c greek yogurt, small source yogurt mixed in

s banana

l left over chicken stir fry, yougurt

s pure protein bar

d mahi mahi fish, kale salad grn beans.

cal 1080 carb 78, prot 86
